What if you were able to live your life around the things you were really good at and loved doing? What would you begin to do? What would you stop doing? What would be the impact on those around you? I think this has a lot to do with what it means to be human. When I identified my own Strengths it changed the way I looked at myself, my day, and the people around me. Instead of focusing on our strengths, though, we try to improve our weaknesses, and perhaps try to be someone we're not in the process. A considerable survey uncovered that if we are not living in the zone of our strengths then we can be six times less likely to be engaged in our work.
